Our acoustic wall panels are not only effective but also beautiful. They are made from high-quality materials that are durable and easy to install. They are made of MDF (medium-density fibreboard), which is a strong and stable material that can withstand moisture and temperature changes. They are also coated with a melamine finish, which gives them a smooth and glossy surface that is easy to clean and maintain. They come in three popular colours: grey, oak, and walnut, to suit any style and preference. These colours are neutral and versatile, and can match any colour scheme or theme.
They can also create different moods and effects, depending on your choice. For example, grey can create a modern and sophisticated look, oak can create a warm and natural look, and walnut can create a rich and elegant look. Each panel measures 2700mm long x 600mm wide x 20mm deep, covering an area of 1.62m2. This means that you can cover a large area with fewer panels, saving you time and money. Our panels are also easy to cut and fit, so you can adjust them to any shape or size you need.

Our design consultant will arrive at the agreed time slot and ask you questions about your requirements and style preferences to help understand your project. They will measure your windows and discuss fabric/material options and provide you with a quotation based on your choices.
Depending on your requirements, a home appointment can take from 30 minutes for 1-10 blinds, to 60 minutes for 10+ blinds or window shutters. Our design consultant will work at your pace and we’re happy to stay longer to talk through your options and provide advice if you’d like.
We would ask ahead of the home appointment that you have arranged clear access to the window areas being measured and that any obstructing furniture or breakables near the windows are removed.
Once the windows are in, plastering has been completed and any tiling or skirting or architrave that might be close to the blinds has been installed. This will allow our design consultant to take accurate measurements.

Yes, acoustic panels are designed to improve sound quality by absorbing and diffusing sound waves, reducing noise levels, and enhancing the acoustics of a room.
Usually, yes. We'd usually advise that acoustic panels are mounted directly to the wall, (above the skirting board to protect from bumps and knocks). In the case where you want to optimise the acoustic properties of the panels, then we'd recommend mounting them on top of horizontal batons of 44x19 timber.
With the correct tools and a basic to intermediate skill level at DIY, our Acoustic Panels should be straightforward to install. If you are at all unsure about the installation process. Please consider engaging a tradesperson to complete the job.
Our Acoustic Panels are constructed using a black acoustic felt backing, on to which, strips of laminate faced MDF.
There are three distinct methods for installing Acoustic Wall Panels to ensure proper attachment and optimal acoustic performance:
Gluing Directly onto the Wall: To adhere the Acoustic Wall Panels to the wall, it is advisable to use construction glue or grab adhesive. This method provides a secure bond between the panels and the wall surface.
Screwing Panels Directly into the Wall: For this method, select Black Screws when installing Black-backed panels. These screws should be inserted directly through the acoustic felt into the wall. It is recommended to use a minimum of nine screws per panel, spaced at 200mm intervals horizontally and 800mm intervals vertically. If you are installing the panels on a ceiling, make sure to screw them into ceiling joists. When securing Acoustic Wall Panels to plasterboard or similar surfaces, ensure you use appropriate fixings for a sturdy installation.
Screwing Panels into 45mm Timber Batons: To achieve the best sound absorption results, consider screwing 45mm timber batons onto the wall first. Then, attach the Acoustic Wall Panels directly to these batons through the acoustic felt. This method enhances sound absorption and provides a durable mounting solution.
Selecting the appropriate installation method based on your specific needs and ensuring proper attachment will ensure that your Acoustic Wall Panels deliver their intended acoustic benefits.
