The shape decides how the shutters should open, tilt and fit.

Some shapes allow fully opening panels throughout. Others need a fixed or restricted section where the curve, point or angle becomes too tight. We work that out from the window itself and explain the operation clearly before anything is made.

At your home appointment we measure the curve, pitch or radius, check handles and clearance, and talk through how you want the room to work. That gives us the information needed to design the shutters around the opening properly.

Yes. Plantation shutters can be made for many arched, round, angled and apex windows. The frame, panel layout and louvre arrangement are designed around the measured geometry of the opening.
Not always. Some extreme curves, points or narrow sections may need fixed or restricted components. We confirm how each section will operate after measuring the window and before manufacture.
Yes, subject to survey. Apex and triangular glazing is measured around the actual roof pitch or angle so the shutter can be made to follow the shape rather than cover it with a rectangle.
