    This company is excellent.  The service we received from start to finish was outstanding. Making a visit appointment was simple, the visit was promptly arranged and timely, and every member of staff we dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable.  Mark did an excellent job of talking through all options and helping us with choices, and Lindsay did an excellent mob fitting the blinds and explaining all the issues. We had a range of blinds fitted, Including roller blinds, vertical slat blinds, and motorised blinds. The prices are competitive and we are delighted with the results. A very pleasant experience all-in-all.

    I have just had Roman blinds and motorised blinds fitted by Lesley and Matthew who done a fantastic job and very quick, would highly recommend. What I particularly liked was that the guys used a hoover when drilling so no cleaning for me.

    Moved to our new house and shopped around for blinds.  Then one day I came across the advertisement for Village Blinds on Instagram. First phone contact- Phoned the team and spoke to a very friendly person who arranged an appointment after taking some details. Appointment day - Mark came to our house and measured the windows.  He took his time and discussed with us different options and fabrics for the blinds.  Mark has excellent communication skills and understood our needs. Order - There were no delays and all blinds were ready and delivered on time. Installation - Our final blinds installation was done by Lindsay.  He has a great eye to perfection and took his time to make sure every blind was perfectly installed.  He had to take few blinds away as they needed some adjustments.  I was really impressed by his professionalism and eye for perfection. Final Outcome -  We opted mostly for the motorised blinds with few manual day/night blinds.  The quality and final finish is exceptional.  Excellent value for money and outstanding customer service.  Would highly recommend 👍

What happens at a home appointment?

Our design consultant will arrive at the agreed time slot and ask you questions about your requirements and style preferences to help understand your project. They will measure your windows and discuss fabric/material options and provide you with a quotation based on your choices.

How long does an appointment take?

Depending on your requirements, a home appointment can take from 30 minutes for 1-10 blind to 60 minutes for 10+ blinds or window shutters. Our design consultant will work at your pace and we’re happy to stay longer to talk through your options and provide advice if you’d like.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for the home appointment?

We would ask ahead of the home appointment that you have arranged clear access to the window areas being measured and that any obstructing furniture or breakables near the windows are removed.

I have a new build, when is it best to book my home appointment?

Once the windows are in, plastering has been completed and any tiling or skirting or architrave that might be close to the blinds has been installed. This will allow our design consultant to take accurate measurements.

How long after the appointment will I get my quote?

Usually, our design consultant will be able to provide you with your quotation during your appointment. Sometimes for some very bespoke projects pricing can take a little longer. If you haven’t heard back within 24 hours, give them a call or email and they will keep you updated.

I have recieved my quote and want to place an order, how long will it take?

Our production team work tirelessly to craft every single blind and shutter for our customers individually. Lead in times can vary depending on factors such as material availability and our production schedule. That being said we will always work to get your order as quickly as possible. Ask your design consultant for an up-to-date lead time estimate.
