  • Abusive Language or Behaviour: Including shouting, swearing, insults, or derogatory remarks.
  • Discrimination or Harassment: Any conduct or language that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Threats or Intimidation: Verbal, physical, or implied threats of harm.
  • Unreasonable Demands or Hostility: Persistent and unwarranted complaints, unreasonable demands, or aggressive communication.
  • Inappropriate Physical Contact: Any form of physical aggression or unwanted contact.
  • Online Harassment: Defamatory, abusive, or threatening comments on social media, review platforms, or other digital channels.

What Happens if This Policy is Breached?

If a customer exhibits unacceptable behaviour:

  1. Immediate Action:
    Our team members are authorised to terminate the interaction if they feel unsafe or disrespected.

  2. Incident Documentation:
    We will record the details of the incident to ensure appropriate follow-up.

  3. Escalation and Consequences:

    • A formal warning may be issued to the customer.
    • Services may be refused, and future appointments cancelled if necessary.
    • In severe cases, the matter will be escalated to management, and legal authorities may be contacted.
