To back up our commitment to quality, we offer a Two year warranty, which takes effect once we fit your products. During that time, we promise to repair or replace any faulty products free of charge.
We believe that true quality endures. With that in mind, when you buy made to measure blinds, plantation shutters or outdoor living products at Village Blinds & Shutters, in addition to our Two Year Warranty, we provide you with an additional Three Year Extended Care Plan. It’s our lasting commitment to you.
Our Three year Extended Care Plan begins two years from the moment that your products are installed. This extended care plan is part of our quality assurance to you, that your products have been created to last for years to come. During the Three Year Extended Care Plan period, we will repair or replace any faulty products, free of charge, (subject to a nominal call out fee).
When devising our Five Year Guarantee Plan, it was really important that the “small print” was clear and easy to understand, explaining what is covered under the plan, and whatour commitment is with regards to it.
We want you to feel confident that you have made an investment in quality when you choose Village Blinds and Shutters. That’s why we offer you a Two Year Warranty and a Three Year Extended Care Plan, making up our Five Year Guarantee Package for our internal blinds and shutters. This means that your products are covered in the unlikely event of faulty material, faulty components or faulty workmanship.
Our Two Year Warranty and Three Year Extended Care Plan is designed to assure you of our commitment to delivering the very highest quality products for your home. As such this Two Year Warranty or Three Year Extended Care Plan does not cover cases where a damage is deemed as a result of improper use, For example, alterations, accidental damage, or misuse.

Not sure what to expect? Here are the most common questions about booking a free home appointment with Village Blinds and Shutters.
One of our design consultants will visit your home during your chosen time slot. They will discuss what you need, measure your windows, talk through suitable blinds or shutters, and provide a quotation based on your choices.
A 1–10 blinds appointment usually takes around 30 minutes. Larger blinds appointments and shutter appointments usually take around 60 minutes, depending on the number of windows and the level of advice needed.
Please make sure there is clear access to the windows being measured. If possible, move any furniture, ornaments or breakables away from the window area before your appointment.
For the most accurate measurements, it is best to book once your windows are in and plastering has been completed. Ideally, skirting and architrave close to the windows should also be finished before blinds are installed.
In many cases, your design consultant can provide your quotation during the appointment. For more bespoke projects, pricing may take a little longer. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please contact our team and we will check this for you.
Lead times vary depending on the product, materials and production schedule. Your design consultant will give you the most up-to-date timescale when you place your order.
Village Blinds and Shutters offers free home appointments across Northern Ireland, including Ballymena, Belfast, Bangor, Armagh, Strabane and surrounding areas.
Our design consultants aim to arrive within your scheduled time slot, but traffic or other unforeseen delays can occasionally happen. If you have any concerns about your appointment, please call our booking team on 0800 059 0747.
You can choose a morning, midday or afternoon appointment slot. This gives your design consultant enough time to travel between appointments and spend the right amount of time advising, measuring and quoting for your project.
