Curlyhill · Strabane
If you are moving into Curlyhill, the useful questions are not “what looks nice?” but which rooms need privacy first, where blackout matters, which windows are used every day and where it is worth spending more. We can help you work that out before you order.

Before you order anything
For the main and children's bedrooms, start with sleep and privacy. Blackout rollers, cellular blinds or lined Roman blinds are usually more useful than choosing purely on appearance.
If the front room feels overlooked, shutters or Day & Night blinds let you manage sightlines without keeping the room closed off all day.
Keep controls clear of handles, sinks and doors. A simple roller, Venetian or other easy-clean option is often the most practical answer.
Living room
Shutters are not necessary on every window. In a front-facing living room, however, they can be particularly useful because the louvres let you angle the view from outside while keeping useful daylight in the room.

Kitchen / dining / family space
The best blind for a kitchen is usually the one that works neatly around the way you use the room. We will check window and door handles, worktop clearance and whether you need something that can be opened and closed several times a day.

Bedrooms
If you are phasing the spend, bedrooms are usually the sensible place to start. Blackout and privacy have an immediate effect from the first night, while spare rooms and less-used spaces can be completed later.
Whole-home planning
Use shutters, Romans or motorisation selectively, then keep secondary bedrooms and utility spaces simpler.
A consistent white, soft neutral or fabric palette lets you mix product types without the house feeling disjointed.
Where possible, have final plastering, tiling and window finishing complete before the final measure so sizes and clearances are accurate.
Curlyhill home appointment
At the appointment we measure the finished openings, bring samples, check handles and clearances, and build a room-by-room plan around privacy, blackout, everyday use and budget.

Useful if you are planning several rooms together and want practical advice rather than simply pricing the same blind for every window.
