Is the home appointment really free?
Yes. Your home appointment is free. It gives you the opportunity to discuss your project, see suitable options in your own home, have your windows professionally measured and receive a quotation.
Do I need to know which blind or shutter I want?
No. We can help narrow the options after seeing the room, the windows and what you want the window treatment to achieve.
How long will the appointment take?
Allow around 30 minutes for 1–10 blinds and around 60 minutes for larger blind projects, new builds and plantation shutters. The exact time depends on the number of windows and the options you want to compare.
Do you cover my area?
We carry out free home appointments across Northern Ireland. If you are unsure about your area, call the team on 0800 059 0747 and we can check for you.
Will I receive a quotation?
Yes. Once we have measured your windows and discussed the options you are interested in, we can provide a quotation based on the chosen products and specification.
What happens after I book?
You will receive confirmation of your appointment. Your design consultant will then visit your home during the time window you selected, discuss what you are looking for and professionally measure the relevant windows.
