Fantastic service from start to finish. Really friendly, helpful & informative initial visit to help us select exactly what we needed. The installation date came much sooner than we’d expected, which was brilliant, and the installation itself only took about 45 minutes for a whole 2 storey house. Technician worked neatly & tidily, again a really friendly guy. The quality & look of the blinds is superb. This my second time to deal with Village blinds and it won't be the last. What an amazing local company, from the first call to enquire regarding a home consultation to the fitting of my shutters this service is exceptional. Any issue that may crop up is dealt with swiftly because the blinds are made locally there is no protracted waiting for a fix. I have recommended village to a friend who has also had shutters fitted by them recently and have made a point of thanking me for pointing them towards village. A very special shout out to the gentleman who came to fit the shutters who has developed his craft and expertise over a long period of time with village blinds.
