I received my shutters today and Tom was the fitter, he was well mannered,  Clean worker fitted the shutters to perfection,   I have to get a wee panel put in a couple of windows , please let it be Tom to finish the window off.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Trustindex. New shutters & Blinds I am really pleased with new shutters and blinds. The fitter (Tom) was great. He worked from the moment he came into the house, in a very efficient way. Fitting and tidying up as he worked. One thing to note was that I had been told that the fitter would arrive after 5.30pm. I was on my way home when I got a message that he had arrived at 5.00pm because he didn't know. I felt sorry that he had to waste his time waiting for me. When the windows were being measured, I was given a time slot, which was good.
