Key appointments within our premium shutters team, including a new Shutter Manufacturing Supervisor and Team Leader, have been instrumental in implementing these changes. Under the leadership of Production Manager Brian Faulkner, who joined us in the spring, our team has embraced a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on efficiency and customer-centric innovations.

Core Efficiency Initiatives

We’ve reduced our premium shutters production lead times from eight weeks to just four weeks through targeted efficiency strategies. Here’s how we achieved this:

1. Process Optimisation: By thoroughly analysing our production processes, we identified bottlenecks and implemented streamlined workflows, significantly accelerating our manufacturing cycle.
2. Enhanced Team Collaboration: The introduction of a new Team Leader has strengthened communication and collaboration among our team members, enabling swift adaptation to changes and more effective problem-solving.
