How to Book Online – FREE Home Appointment with Village Blinds and Shutters

Booking your free home appointment online with Village Blinds and Shutters could not be any easier!

Simply follow the steps outlined in this guide or the accompanying how to book online video and you will be able to book your time slot for one of our experienced Design Consultants to visit your home. Whilst there they can measure your windows whilst discussing the various blind and shutter types and options so as to pick the option best suiting your needs. The best part? This service is entirely FREE

1. Navigate to the Booking Form

Head over to www.villageblinds.com

On most pages, you will see one, or more, green book online buttons.

Clicking these will allow you down to the appointment type selection.

2. Select Your Appointment Type

There are four appointment types, choose the one that best fits your needs –

A blinds appointment for any home requiring 1-10 blinds, this is 30 minutes long.
A new build appointment for any home requiring more than 10 blinds, this is 60 minutes long.
A shutter appointment for Plantation Shutters, this is 60 minutes long.
And a Pergola appointment for a garden pergola, this is 45 minutes long.

Should you be considering Plantation Shutters and Blinds please select Shutter Appointment as this is a longer 60-minute appointment for measuring Plantation Shutters.

Select Book Now on the appointment type you require.

3. Enter Your Address

You will now be redirected to our appointment scheduler. Enter and select your address so that we can search for availability in your area. Select Next to move on.

4. Select a Date and Time

Now you may select the date and time available that best suits you, bear in mind the length of the appointment you have selected.

Occasionally in some areas, this may display limited availability, in this case, please contact our office so that we may manually find a date and time that suits you.

5. Fill in the Appointment Details

Now you will need to fill in your details so that we can book your appointment.

Please let us know what products you are considering and how many so that our Design Consultant can prepare for your appointment. We will require you to confirm your house/apartment number at this stage.

You can also subscribe to stay in the loop about offers, news, and more.

If you would like you may include notes or any images you may wish us to see. Please include any directions for our Design Consultants here should they be required.

Ensure all boxes marked with a red asterisk are filled in correctly and select Next to proceed.

6. Provide Your Contact Details

Next please provide us your contact details so that we can contact you regarding your appointment.

We will need your name as well as a contact number and email.

Complete the reCAPTCHA and then select schedule appointment.

This will take you to a booking success page with all the information about your appointment.

You will also have the option to add to your Google or Outlook calendar or cancel should you no longer be able to attend the appointment.

The confirmation will also be emailed to the address you used to book the appointment.

A few things you may want to know

Everything you need to know before choosing your free home appointment.

Is the home appointment really free?

Yes. Your home appointment is completely free. It gives you the opportunity to discuss your project, see suitable options in your own home, have your windows professionally measured and receive a quotation.

Do I need to know which blind or shutter I want?

No. That is one of the reasons for the appointment. Your design consultant can help narrow the options around the room, privacy, light control, style and how you use the space.

How long will the appointment take?

Allow around 30 minutes for 1–10 blinds and around 60 minutes for larger blind projects, new builds and plantation shutters. The exact time will depend on the number of windows and how many options you would like to consider.

Do you cover my area?

We carry out free home appointments across Northern Ireland. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, call our team on 0800 059 0747 and we can check for you.

Will I receive a quotation?

Yes. Once your design consultant has measured your windows and discussed the options you are interested in, we can provide a quotation based on your chosen products and specification.

What happens after I book?

You’ll receive confirmation of your appointment. Your design consultant will then visit your home during the time window you selected, discuss what you are looking for and professionally measure the relevant windows.
