Follow These Simple Steps to Book your Free Home Appointment
1. Choose an Appointment Type
- Blinds appointment (30 minutes) – For homes needing 1-10 blinds
- New build appointment (60 minutes) – For homes needing 10+ blinds
- Shutter appointment (60 minutes) – For plantation shutters
- Pergola appointment (45 minutes) – For garden pergolas
Select the option that best fits your project. Those considering both blinds and shutters should pick the 60-minute shutter appointment.
2. Enter Your Address
Next, enter and confirm your address so we can check availability in your area. Select “Next” when done. Be as specific as possible. If you know your postcode, please include it.
If the address is newly built, it might not have been added to Google Maps yet, but don’t worry, just add the nearest address and add specific details in special instructions later on.
3. Choose a Date and Time
Now choose an available date and time slot, keeping the appointment length in mind. Our design consultants carry out home appointments across Northern Ireland, with some areas more popular than others. But if the date and times shown are limited please get in touch, we’ll do everything we can to help.
4. Fill in Your Details
Now it’s time to fill in some basic contact info such as your name, email, and phone number, and answer some simple questions about your project so our design consultants are fully prepared for your home appointment. We’ll ask you to confirm your house number too.
5. Special Instructions
If there’s information that you need our design consultant to have ahead of the appointment, please add it here. It could be need called 30 minutes ahead of arrival, or maybe if it’s a new build specific access instructions, or even to watch out for the dog in the garden. Once that’s done, check all the required fields are filled in and complete the booking.
6. Success, You Booked the Appointment!
This will take you to a booking success page with all the information about your appointment. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know the time and date of your appointment, as well as giving you the option to change or cancel your appointment should your circumstances change.
