Dust wooden blinds regularly
Regular dusting is the simplest way to prevent dirt building up across wooden blind slats.
Use a soft microfibre cloth, anti-static cloth or feather duster. If you use a vacuum cleaner, fit a soft brush attachment and keep the suction gentle.
Blinds that remain in the same position for long periods can collect more dust than you initially notice, particularly along the upper horizontal surfaces of the slats.
Only take the blind down when necessary
