The feedback provided by our customers may in large part, have been very positive, however, we’d like to thank everyone who responded, whether to praise us or point out areas where we could improve. One such area was in how we communicate after an order is placed.
We recognise that improvements are needed here and are currently working on more robust processes and follow-ups with customers, particularly in this area. We expect that the changes we are implementing will transform our customer communication for the better.
